She is working in the game industry since 2013. At Remedy Entertainment, she is in charge of the talent acquisition function. Formerly she worked at King (Activision, Microsoft), the game developer behind the world-famous Candy Crush franchise.

Drawing from experience in Talent Acquisition across gaming in Europe, this talk explores how the “bar” for talent has evolved.
