Game Access Conference '25 will take place from the 6th of June to the 7th of June 2025 at the Brno Exhibition Center, Hall P. The Premium Reception will take place in the evening of June 5th.
As for the preparation of your booth, we’d like to ask you to arrive at 7AM on the 6th (about an hour before the Conference starts proper), so that we can make sure everything is to your liking.
The price of the Business Package contains the costs of your booth (wall with print, basic furniture, carpet, lights, power, venue space itself) as well as 1 Business Pass. The price will increase slightly as our pricing moves between waves.
You can bring along other team members, but they'll have to purchase their own tickets. It is not necessary for each member of your team to have a Business Pass, but please note that in such a case some of their options at the Conference will be limited.
Sure thing! We’ll send you our Additional Services offer right after we confirm your purchase of the Business Package. There you can select anything you’d like and let us know.

In case of a successful cooperation, information about your company will appear on our website and social media, for promotional reasons. You’ll be asked for this information (name, graphics, description etc.) once we confirm your purchase, so you can control how your company will be presented.
