Present your work to leagues of talented humans, from your fellow indie devs to game dev's celebrities from all over the world. Inspire them, and you will be inspired in return.
We accept unreleased games or those released in Q2 2024 and later. Please ensure you have a playable version ready by June 6th, 2025.
The deadline for submissions is 12.05.2025 or until capacity is reached.
Game Access Conference '25 will take place on the 6th of June and 7th of June 2025 at the Brno Exhibition Center, Hall P.
After careful consideration, we have decided to level up our indie booths for this year. For this reason, we have introduced a registration fee of 1000 CZK, which will be fully utilized for printing materials for the indie booth (poster) and the costs associated with building the wooden structure.
A successful registration in the Indie Showcase guarantees you one Standard Pass, which opens doors to all sections of the Conference (except the VIP ones) as well as access to our three awesome parties.
Of course, you can bring along other team members, friends, fellow game devs etc. However, they'll have to buy their own tickets.
Thousands of experienced developers from all over the world visit Game Access. The possibilities of great feedback, knowledge and exposure you can gain here are nearly limitless. Not to mention all the valuable contacts and friendships you will forge.
You’ll also get a chance to present your project to investors and publishers, who visit our Conference looking for new talent and business opportunities – as well as the chance to win in the Game Access Awards!
The entire amount of the registration fee will be used to cover the cost of prints for the indie booths (see image above) and the booth construction itself.
We will ask you for your game's graphics via email once your registration is approved, so we can use it for the print. You'll be able to take the print home after the conference concludes.
The Indie Showcase is, as the name suggests, aimed primarily at small development teams of roughly 10 or less people.
The game itself should be released in Q2 2024 or later. If the game hasn't been released yet, that's totally fine, but you need to showcase it in playable form, not just as a concept.
If you're from a bigger studio or would like to present an older game, no worries, we'll definitely figure out a solution. Contact us at showcase@game-access.com.
Of course! Tabletop projects and their authors are very much welcome at Game Access. Just make sure to choose the right category in the registration form.
Sure thing! We'll be happy to accomodate any type of Extended Reality, be it AR, MR or VR. Just make sure to choose the right category in the registration form.
Depending on your game's requirements, we might give you a slighty bigger space (3x3 meters usually), but still next to a tower.
If we approve your registration, information about your game will appear on our website and social media. This will include photos, video, description, and links to Steam or your studio's website. Classic promotion stuff, nothing sinister.
We'll provide you with a table, chairs, power connection and a space roughly 2x2 meters in size. This will all be connected to a tower, on which the graphics you'll send us will be printed. You will be sharing this tower with 3 other indie teams, each on one side.
Equipment, such as computers, monitors, phones, consoles etc. will need to be provided by you. Bring an extension cord too, just in case.
In the case of VR games, the space provided will be 3x3 meters instead of 2x2.
First, of course, you should bring a machine that can run your game reliably. We advise you to test this out thoroughly in the days leading up to Game Access, so you can avoid stressfull repairs on the day of the event.
You can theoretically bring as many machines as you want, but remember that you'll be limited to 1 table.
As for audio, please make sure to bring headphones if you want people to play your game with sound. The Conference is a busy event, and speakers simply won't be effective, they will only disrupt people around you.
Last but not least, if your game requires an active internet connection, please try to secure it yourself. There will be a public wifi connection at the venue, but with a thousand people connected, it might not be enough for your needs. If you'd really like to participate but are worried you might be unable to secure your own connection, contact us and we might be able to work something out.
Absolutely! You can bring roll-ups, flyers, pins, and all manner of promotional or decorative materials.
But please be aware that your space is limited, and there will be nothing to hang your materials from, as the tower will have your game's cover art printed on it, and it wouldn't be wise to cover it up.
Preparations will begin on the morning of June 6th, approximately 2 hours before the event itself. If you need to arrive earlier for any reason, or have some special requests, feel free to email us at showcase@game-access.com.
