Tereza Roller-Sabella

Head of Studio
Plan A Collective
I work at the intersection of creative direction, production, narrative, and strategy - mostly in games, sometimes in film and TV. In the past decade, I’ve helped build Plan A, a co-dev studio, from the ground up. I’ve worked on titles like Devil May Cry V, Warhammer Vermintide II, Battlefield 2042, and Dragon’s Dogma 2. I’ve led the creation of original IPs, pitched projects, managed partnerships, and figured out how to keep things moving when resources or timelines threw in the towel. My passion lies in transmedia - how a strong idea, be it a world, character, or tone, can live across formats without getting lost in translation.

Game and Film Language

Film and games have been borrowing from each other for decades. But how does that actually work in practice, and what gets lost - or gained - in translation?

Moderated by Tereza Roller-Sabella (Plan A Collective), this panel brings together Igor Sobolev (Mafia: The Old Country), Tomáš Kozlík (Kingdom Come: Deliverance, RDR2, Avatar 2), Guillermo Dupinet (Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Ant-Man and the Wasp, PAW Patrol), and Theodore Hilhorst (2K Czech, Mafia: The Old Country) - people with a foot in both worlds.
