The Academy is designed for game developers of at least intermediate skill level, with a few years experience in the industry. Beginners may find the material too difficult.

Our goal is to provide a higher level of education for developers, and create a space where they can they can hone their skills and techniques, as well as learn new ones.

That depends on the specific workshop. However, it will always take place across one day.

This depends on the length of the workshop. For example, if the workshop lasts 3 hours, there will be at least one 15 minute break at around the 90 minute mark.

Longer workshops will also have a lunch break.

Water, coffee and basic refreshments will be provided during each workshop. Lunch will be provided for longer workshops.

Click on the "Show details" button next to a workshop, then on "Register", and fill out the registration form. You'll receive a registration confirmation within 3 workdays.

We'll confirm your registration within 3 workdays after you fill out the registration form. You'll then receive another email with payment information.

Once we've received your payment, we'll send you all the additional details about your chosen workshop. This informational email will be sent again the week before the workshop.

Your information will not be made public. The only ones who'll receive access to your data is the organizational team and the instructor.

You can contact us at academy@game-access.com and ask for a refund. The conditions for refunding are as follows:

• 30 days before the workshop date – full refund
• 29-14 days before the workshop date – 50% refund
• 13 or less days before the workshop date – 0% refund

However, there is nothing preventing you from giving your workshop ticket to someone else. In such a case, please contact us with that person's information, so we can update the ticket in our system.
